Siamo fotogiornalisti di matrimonio.
Raccontiamo la storia del giorno del vostro matrimonio senza chiedervi di posare, senza intrusioni e forzature.
Non vi diremo cosa fare e come stare,ma ci limiteremo a cogliere attimi ed emozioni con immagini naturali e spontanee,
senza distrarre voi ed i vostri ospiti dalla gioia e dal divertimento del vostro grande giorno.
Lo stile giornalistico della nostra fotografia di matrimonio è il rimanere nel background, come camaleonti, durante tutto il giorno,
senza controllarlo in alcun modo, catturando eventi ed emozioni così come avvengono, piuttosto che riprendervi in posa fissa.
Sebbene la nostra fotografia sia di tipo giornalistico, siamo lieti di scattare qualche foto formale di gruppo
di amici e parenti dedicando a queste un tempo limitato ed alcuni ritratti spontanei di voi due.
Se siete alla ricerca di un servizio che prevede molte foto di gruppo o foto in posa di voi due, allora il fotogiornalismo di matrimonio potrebbe non essere per voi.

Estella e Diego scattano in digitale o con pellicola?
Scattano con fotocamere professionali digitali ottenendo risultati uguali se non migliori della pellicola.
Il mezzo digitale è più flessibile e veloce e permette di adattarsi immediatamente a diverse condizioni di luce e colori.
Lo stile giornalistico richiede centinaia di scatti veloci che non perdono mai e con la pellicola questo non è possibile.
Permette loro di lavorare su ogni singolo file in post-produzione per ottimizzarlo, eliminando elementi di disturbo, occhi chiusi, espressioni non piacevoli e convertire il colore in bianco e nero.
I fotografi tradizionali dicono (scorrettamente) ai loro clienti che la pellicola è più artistica del digitale.
Se una fotografia è artistica o meno dipende interamente dalla visione e sensibilità del fotografo non dal mezzo che usa. Sicuramente è più difficile scattare foto artistiche con il digitale.
Inoltre il 100% dei fotografi che pubblicano sulle riviste e sui libri in tutto il mondo lavora in digitale.
Estella e Diego fotografano più di un matrimonio al giorno?
No, si ritengono prenotati esclusivamente da una sola coppia al giorno e lavorano sempre insieme.
Solo in casi eccezionali sarà presente uno dei due ma comunque sempre accompagnato da un secondo fotografo professionista.
Per altre richieste nella stessa giornata si avvalgono di fotografi professionisti che lavorano con il loro stesso stile.
Quale sarà la loro disponibilità il giorno delle nozze?
Dipende dal tipo di servizio scelto.
Solitamente arrivano circa 2 ore prima della cerimonia per riprendere i preparativi della sposa e dello sposo. Poi si spostano verso il luogo della cerimonia per riprendere l’arrivo dello sposo e degli invitati.
Durante la cerimonia scattano discretamente.
La maggior parte dei clienti richiede di rimanere durante il ricevimento per catturare ogni momento fino al taglio della torta, i discorsi e il primo ballo.
Tuttavia ogni matrimonio è diverso da un altro e la loro disponibilità dipende da ciò che i clienti chiedono.
Quante foto scattano?
Non c’è limite al numero di foto che scattano, la quantità di scatti dipende dalla tipologia del matrimonio, dalle opportunità, dalla location e dal tipo di servizio commissionato.
Normalmente producono dai 600 ai 1000 files per matrimonio.
Quante foto saranno in bianco e nero?
Dipende dalle vostre preferenze. Di solito usano una combinazione di foto a colori e in bianco e nero.
Molte immagini, rimuovendo il colore, concentrano l’attenzione sul soggetto e l’azione e rendono le foto più eleganti e senza tempo.
Chi sceglie le foto per l’album?
Di solito Estella e Diego scelgono le immagini e preparano un lay out del vostro album.
La loro visione artistica è fondamentale per ricreare graficamente la storia del vostro matrimonio, scegliendo immagini, accostando momenti e colori.
Prima della stampa potrete visionare la bozza ed apportare eventuali modifiche, sostituzioni ed aggiunte.
Tuttavia se preferite scegliere voi le foto, riceverete dei provini digitali e potrete selezionare le foto per l’album. La selezione dovrà essere comunicata entro un mese dalla consegna dei provini.
In caso contrario non sarà garantita la consegna dell’album nei termini previsti.
In quanto tempo riceveremo i nostri files/album?
Se il vostro contratto prevede solo l’acquisto dei files ad alta risoluzione, li riceverete entro pochi giorni dal matrimonio.
Se avete optato per un album, lo riceverete entro 6/8 settimane dal matrimonio.
Come possiamo prenotare Estella e Diego?
Potete telefonare o più facilmente inviare una mail per conoscere la loro disponibilità per la vostra data.
E’ possibile fissare un appuntamento a Milano in via Manzoni 23 per visionare i loro lavori, rivolgere tutte le domande che avete e confermare il prezzo.
Se l’incontro non fosse possibile, riceverete un modulo di prenotazione che dovrete compilare e firmare unitamente al trasferimento di un acconto del 25% del prezzo concordato.
Non saranno opzionate date senza la firma del modulo e l’acconto.

The journalistic style of our wedding photography is to remain in the background, like chameleons throughout each wedding and not to control the day in anyway, recording events and emotions as they occur, rather than in posed images. Although our photography is in journalistic style, we are glad to catch a short number of formal groups of family and friends in a limited time and some natural portraits of the two of you. Do Estella & Diego shoot on digital or film?
They shoot using professional digital cameras with the same or better quality than film.
Digital cameras give them great flexibility and speedy in different light and colours conditions.
Journalistic style provides hundreds of fast shots they never miss and this isn’t possible with negative film.
It allows them to work on each and every picture afterwards, perfecting them, removing closed eyes, not working expressions and to convert colours in black and white.
Traditional photographers incorrectly advise clients that film is more artistic than digital.
Certainly it’s more difficult to create artistic photographs with digital.
Furthermore 100% of the photographers whose photos are published in magazines and books, work with digital cameras.
Do Estella & Diego photograph more than one wedding a day?
No, they are exclusively booked to their couple for their wedding day and they always work together.
In exceptional cases, only one of two will be present but always along with a second professional photographer.
For further requests in the same date they rely on professional photographers who work with their similar style.
How long do they stay with us on the day?
It depends on the solution you decide.
Usually they arrive a couple of hours before the ceremony to capture the bride’s and the groom’s preparations. Then onto the ceremony venue where the groom and guests are arriving.
They shoot discreetly during the ceremony.
Most clients usually request they stay at the reception venue to capture every moment until the cake is cut, the speeches made and their first dance.
However, every wedding is different and their coverage depends on what clients want and booked them for.
How many photos will they take on the day?
There’s no limit to the number of photographs they take. The quantity might depend on the size of your wedding, opportunities, location, the album chosen and how long they are commissioned to stay on the day.
Normally they produce from 600 to 1000 photographs for each wedding.
How many images will be black and white?
This will depends on you preferences. They use a combination of colour and black and white images.
Removing the colour from images helps to focus the attention on the subject and the action and can also make for a more elegant and timeless photograph.
Who chooses the photos for the album?
Usually Estella & Diego choose the images and design a lay out of your album.
Their artistic vision is necessary to create the graphic storyline of your wedding day, deciding photographs, putting moments and colours nearby.
Before printing you’ll be able to review and make changes, substitutions and addings.
However, if you prefer to choose photos by your own, they’ll send you a CD with digital proofing.
You can select from here the images you want for your album.
The selection is to be communicated within one month from the receiving of CD otherwise it will be not possible to guarantee the delivery of the album in normal time.
How long will it take for our files/album to arrive?
If you’ve ordered the high- resolution files, these will be delivered after few days after your wedding.
If you’ve opted for an album, this will be with you 6/8 weeks after your wedding.
How do we book Estella & Diego?
They can be contacted by phone or more easily by mail to know their availability for your date.
It’s possible to take an appointment in Milan, via Manzoni 23 to see their work, ask any questions and confirm price.
If consultation isn’t possible, you’ll receive a booking form you’ve to complete and sign along with a deposit of 25% of agreed price.
Dates without the form and fee will be not held.
